The indoor bar includes 6 chandeliers, a full washroom, 3 shutters, 6 fans for ventilation, hardwood flooring, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space.
The bar spans 15 feet in length and 6 feet in width, includes storage, features LED lighting that syncs with music, and is sheltered under a covered tent.
The paved parking lot is just a 1-minute walk from the venue and can be expanded to accommodate additional parking.
